One of the crowd favorites of the 2015 Dallas Solo Fest, Brigham Mosley, returns with a new solo show SCARLETT O'HARA AND THE WAR ON TARA. Atlanta hates your hoop skirt and you're not the prettiest girl at the barbecue; a literary autobiography of going...Going with the Wind.

BIOS
Brigham Mosley (PERFORMER)
Brigham’s solo works (Body Talk, GlitterNation, Magic Man, Oh Whatta Beautiful Mo[u]rnin’, Mo[u]rnin'. After., Oklahomo!, Mae Mosley is: A Handsome Woman, Saint Brando, and Scarlett O'Hara and the War on Tara) have been performed across the country in spaces such as PS122, La MaMa ETC, The Margo Jones Theatre, Dixon Place, The New Museum, and many others.  
Brigham was a 2013 Performing Beyond Limits resident at The New Museum.  He was a member of the 2014/2015 Dallas Theater Center Playwrights Workshop (under acclaimed playwright/performer Will Power), and is an artistic associate of Chicago's Odradek Theatre Company. Brigham is a member of Dallas' own House Party Theatre and recently won a Dallas Observer's Mastermind Award with The Tribe, a production body he co-founded.

Laura Hix (DIRECTOR)
Laura Hix holds a BFA in directing from SMU and an MA in Drama Therapy from New York University.  She enjoys devised work and aiding performers in the embodiment and performance of their personal narratives.  An avid researcher, she is currently pursuing a master's in psychology at Wake Forest University, where she seeks to understand creativity as it relates to post traumatic growth. Favorite directing credits include:  Gun Play (NYU), Scarlett O'hara and the War on Tara (La Mama), Mournin' After (FAB Fest, EAT Fest, The Wild Project), Mae Mosley is a Handsome Woman (FAB Fest), Iph. (TBG Theatre).
